ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.386 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.386 of 2024, a final report has been filed and RCS notice has also been served to the defacto complainant.
3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. 26.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Indu 2/4
