ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere the civil dispute. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that she filed a suit in O.S.No. 172 of 2014 that was dismissed against which, she is going to file an appeal. Due to that she is not in a position to take over the property. Pending the above said process, the third respondent, who has purchased the property from one Palsamy, who was the second defendant in the said suit lodged the present complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl) would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is pending before the second respondent.

4.It seems that there is a civil dispute between the parties and the second respondent is directed to close the complaint, by advising the parties 2/4

to work out the remedies before the appropriate forum, complete the enquiry and close within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
