The matter has been listed today(13.11.2025), under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner who has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had only sought for interest for the belated payment of retirement benefits including provident fund, Earned Leave encashment amount and the surrender leave salary. He would also submit that this Court had passed orders directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's entitlement to the voluntary retirement and disburse the eligible voluntary retirement compensation amount.

2. As rightly pointed out, there has been an inadvertent error in the order. Hence paragraph No.4 of the order dated 06.10.2025, shall stand deleted and the following order is replaced : " 4. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondents to pay interest at 6% per annum for the belated payment of retirement benefits including the Provident Fund, Earned Leave encashment amount and to pay the eligible surrender leave salary including 6% interest per annum, on the same to the petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
