This petition has been filed to issue a direction to call for the records and quash the complaint filed against the petitioners herein in Crime No.100 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the respondent police after conducting proper investigation, closed the case as 'mistake of fact'.
