ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to appoint any other independent investigating agency to reopen and reinvestigate the Crime No.401 of 2009 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the case has been taken on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chenkottai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate court, in accordance with law.
