ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 18.08.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.18889 of 2022, wherein this Court has directed the respondent University to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2022 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued on 24.01.2026 disposing of the representation of the petitioner. The University has also given the C.P.S. Annual Account Statement to the petitioner.
