ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of without any valid complaint against him and based on his representation dated 30.11.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that on the file of the third respondent, a case in Crime No.116 of 2023 was registered against this petitioner. Another complaint has been given against this petitioner before the second respondent herein. On that account, the second respondent has issued summons for investigation. Without responding to the summons, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

3. When the petitioner is subsequently involved in another crime, she must appear before the second respondent and co-operate with the investigation process. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, he is at liberty to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no question of harassment at the hands of the respondents 2/4

herein.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
