ORDER

Based on the earlier orders passed by this Court, the petitioner, the management and the Education Department submitted that the pension proposal has been submitted and the same will be disbursed after sanctioning by the Accountant General. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed. If the disbursement of pension was not received by the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen the contempt petition. 2.The petitioner is directed to hand over the charge within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
