ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi to dispose of the case in C.C.No.128 of 2017 expeditiously.

It is the case of the petitioner/defacto complainant, who has appeared party-in-person, that the accused was originally convicted for minor offences; that the petitioner had challenged the judgment against the sentence; that the learned Sessions Judge had remanded the case for denovo trial and also directed the learned Magistrate to frame charge under Section 326 of IPC; and that though the remand was made on 18th November, 2021, the learned Magistrate had not taken further steps.
3. Considering the fact that the case is pending from 2017, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No. 128 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
