2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 117 of 2023 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri on 05.10.2023 itself.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
