respondent to send appropriate proposal to the first respondent in terms of the letter of the first respondent in Oo.Mu.No.2976/Aa5/2023 dated 28.04.2023 for effecting changes in the name and date of birth of the petitioner in the respective certificates by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2023.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner completed SSLC in the year 2004 in the second respondent School. His grievance is that in the marksheet and in the Transfer Certificate, his name has been wrongly spelt and his date of birth was wrongly mentioned. Seeking correction, he has given a representation.

3.The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry. After satisfying himself, he shall forward the same to the third respondent 2/4

through the first respondent. The third respondent shall make the corrections as sought for by the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is allowed on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
