ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as A1 and A2 and apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under sections 147, 294(b), 323, and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.371 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to a wordy quarrel, the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant and thereby caused simple injury and threatened him with dire consequences. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to the previous enmity, the defacto complainant has lodged the false complaint against the petitioners and they have nothing to do with the commission of offence.

4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramnad and each of them on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 11.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.
