This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed in S.C.No.29 of 2023, dated 28.11.2024, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Tuticorin, Tuticorin District till the disposal of the above appeal.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
