ORDER
Alleging that the order of this Court dated 29.04.2025, made in W.P. (MD)No.12721 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.
2. This Court, vide order dated 29.04.2025, directed that the survey shall be conducted within 16 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order, based on the application filed by the petitioner.
3. Pursuant to the order of this Court, when the respondent/Tahsildar went to conduct the survey, it was found that one Pooranam, W/o.Umaiyasakthi, was in possession of the said land and that a Pucca house existed thereon. It was further found that the said Pooranam had been in possession for a long time. Having come to know about the order passed by this Court dated 29.04.2025, the said Pooranam filed a Writ Appeal, in which the legal heirs of the writ petitioner were also arrayed as parties and the said Writ Appeal is pending.
4. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the parties to ventilate their grievances in the writ appeal. (K.SURENDER, J.) 08.01.2026 smn2
