ORDER

The petitioner filed Cr.MP.No.2865 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai seeking direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.PC. A direction was given on 06.06.2013. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the direction given by the learned Judicial Magistrate is not yet been complied with. It is seen that the F.I.R is yet to be registered. If the police after conducting an enquiry come to the conclusion that cognizable offence is made, they shall register F.I.R and file final report within a period of two months. If the police come to the conclusion that no offence is made out, they shall close the matter and inform the defacto complainant accordingly, so that he can take recourse to his remedies in the manner known to law. In any event, the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent police is directed to send compliance report to the Registry of this Court on or before 03.08.2018. 3.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
