2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 195 of 2023 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai on 18.07.2023 and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
