ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to forthwith issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Condition of Plants and Machineries Certificate, based on the petitioner's application dated 21.09.2025 enabling the petitioner to participate in the tender process pursuant to Tender Notice No.11/2025-2026/D-1 dated 08.09.2025.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is informed that Work Site Inspection Certificate would be issued today i.e., on 26.09.2025, after the inspection.
