ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to pass an appropriate order, or direction directing 1st Respondent and 2nd Respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Crime No.111/2022 on the file of the 3rd Respondent to the file of the CBCID, Madurai District and direct them to investigate the case and file a final report.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.23 of 2022. That case is posted today (07.12.2023), before the committal Court for committal proceedings. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission, without knowing the stage of the case, this petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation. Since the committal process is going to over, this petition is not maintainable.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 07.12.2023 NCC :
