ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3621 of 2023 in C.C.No.14 of 2023 dated 21.09.2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, dismissing the petition filed under Section 239 Cr.P.C.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have already filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11244 of 2023 for quashing the charge sheet and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this revision and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
