ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to re-calculate the petitioners retirement benefits such as Gratuity and Earned Leave and Sanction the balance amount of Gratuity and Earned leave Salary at the rate of 42 percent Dearness Allowance along with 6 percent interest per annum to the petitioner.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made representation on 02.09.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
