Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court the proceedings dated 15.11.2024, issued by the respondent, in compliance of the directions issued by this Court on 28.08.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.25054 of 2019, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not satisfied with the proceedings of the respondent dated 15.11.2024.

However, since the order, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition and the same is, therefore, closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings, dated 15.11.2024, issued by the respondent pursuant to the order dated 28.08.2024, passed in W.P.(MD) No.25054 of 2019, in the manner known to him under law.
