ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by considering petitioner's representation, dated on 13.10.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is having bad antecedents and having 12 cases at his credit. On the particular date of occurrence, viz., 04.06.2023 the petitioner was intercepted by the second respondent and at that time, the petitioner was not having valid documents pertaining to his vehicle. Therefore, the second respondent has seized the vehicle.

3.In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having valid documents pertaining to his vehicle. Now, he is ready to produce the relevant documents before the second respondent.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to produce the relevant documents pertaining to the vehicle. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to verify the same and if it is found to be genuine and valid, the second respondent is directed to release the vehicle to the petitioner.
