2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No.23 of 2023 and they are ready to file the final report.
3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
