ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the third respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl) would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent enquiry has been undertaken. It is seen that there is a money dispute between the parties. The parties were advised to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum and the said complaint was closed.
