This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.197 of 2013, dated 01.06.2013, on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police filed charge sheet in Crime No.197 of 2013, before the concerned Court, and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.172 of 2014.
