Prayer in CRL.A(MD) No.871 of 2023:- This Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14(A)(2)of the SC/ST(POA)ACT 2015, as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to call for records pertaining to the order passed in Crl.MP No.3050 of 2023 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of SC/ST(POA)ACT Cases, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, dated 14.09.2023 and set aside same as illegal.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.Ramsundarvijayaraj, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.871 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023.
