ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No. 4103 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025 and to modify the condition in paragraph No.6(ii). in the order in Crl.M.P.No.136 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025 on the file of the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by the Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai in condition No. 6(ii). in Crl.M.P.No.136 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 26.09.2025 PJL 2/4
