ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by 3 Assistant Professors of an unaided private Engineering College challenging the order of suspension inflicted upon them by the management.
2. Earlier, the Assistant Professors had approached this Court challenging an enquiry notice issued by a One Man Committee. This 3/6
Court by an order, dated 27.01.2023 in W.P(MD)Nos.1516 to 1518 of 2023, had refused to interfere in the enquiry notice and directed the petitioners to appear before the Enquiry Committee. After the report of the Enquiry Committee, the petitioners were directed to approach the Committee constituted under Clause 4 (i) of All India Council for Technical Education Regulations, 2021.
3. The present writ petition has been filed with a grievance that so far such a Committee has not been constituted, so that, they could ventilate their grievances before the said Committee.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the management brought to the notice of the Court that the Director of Centre for Affiliation of Institutions (CAI), Anna University by his proceedings, dated 13.04.2023 has constituted the Grievance Redressal Committee of the 2nd respondent College. However, the management is having some grievance over the constitution of the Committee with regard to the nomination and constitution of the Committee. Anyhow, without prejudice to the said contentions, the management is now ready to address the grievances of the writ petitioners through the said Committee. 4/6
5. In view of the above said facts, the petitioners herein are directed to approach the said Committee for redressal of their grievances. As and when the petitioners approach the Rrievance Redressal Committee, the said Committee shall dispose of the grievances expressed by the writ petitioners within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint.
6. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are close.
