Heard both sides.

2.The respondents proposed to carry out drone survey in respect of the petition mentioned site. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed. 3.Conducting drone survey by itself will not going to affect the petitioner's right. In any event, the authorities will have to follow the due process of law. As and when the survey notice is issued, it is always open to the petitioner to place relevant materials and all her objections. The authorities will have to take note of the same before passing final order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
