ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.15 of 2021, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.This Court, vide order dated 11.12.2025, had directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No.2790/2025, dated 24.12.2025, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 1998 to 2025, which was addressed to the Additional Registrar General of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 1943 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2021 is 145. 3.Considering the fact that the present suit is of the year 2021, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, is directed to expedite the 2/4

trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.15 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
