ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue the Work Site Inspection and Plants and Machineries certificate to participate Sl.No.1 Strengthening Junction improvements including reconstruction of culvert, construction of centre median works in Govt roads in respect of Pudukkottai East (H) C and M Sub Division (TRY 64) of the Tender Notice Number 31/2025-2026/HDO dated 02.09.2025 issued by the 1st respondent.

2. There is nothing to show that the application has been forwarded on 16.09.2025. Considering the fact that the application has not made in time, the petitioner cannot now demand the issue of Work Site Inspection and Plants and Machineries certificate.
