ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate Plants and Machineries Certificate to participate in Sl.No.1, 2, 3 of E-Tender Notice Number 31/2025-2026/HDO/ dated 02.09.2025 issued by the 1st respondent.

2. There is nothing to show that the application has been forwarded on 21.09.2025. Though in the affidavit it is stated that the same was sent both through registered post and mail, the documents enclosed in the typedset of papers does not reflect the same. Considering the fact that the application has not made in time, the petitioner cannot now demand the issue of Work Site Inspection and Plants and Machineries certificate.
