ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 498(A) IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition and Women Harassment Act and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they have nothing to do with the alleged commission of offences.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that based on the complaint received from the de-facto complainant, enquiry is being conducted.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 11.00 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners 2 to 5 shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required, for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. 6.

The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
