ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.,) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue namely M.Durai (aged 53 years), S/o.Muthusamy and produce the detenue before this Honourable Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through video conferencing and submitted that the detenue was admitted in a rehabilitation centre and he has now been discharged and therefore, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

3. In view of the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
