ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to allow the Criminal Original Petition and direct 1st Respondent to expedite the enquiry to recover the amount of Rs.30,00,000/- from the 3rd Respondent herein and direct the 2nd Respondent to conduct the enquiry within the stipulated time as per the petitioner's representation dated 5/6/23.
2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that so far the complaint is not forwarded to the respondent herein namely the second respondent. It appears that on 06.06.2023, the complaint was sent to the Sub Inspector of Police.
3. Let a fresh representation be made before the second respondent and the same shall be enquired. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
