ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Special Tradesman of the respondent Corporation who attained superannuation on 30.06.2017.
2. According to the writ petitioner, his terminal benefits were released only on 12.01.2018. Hence, he has made a representation on 16.11.2023 seeking interest for the belated payment of the terminal benefits. Since there is no response, the present writ petition.
3. Considering the above said facts, the 2nd respondent is directed to pay interest at the rate of 6% from the due date till 11.01.2018 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
