O R D E R

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents informed the Court that the order passed by this court has since been complied with. The petition mentioned sale certificate has been filed under Section 89(4) of the Registration Act, 1908 as document No.2 of 2025(Book No.1). The learned Additional Advocate General further submits that SLP filed by the State against W.A.(MD)No.2078 of 2023 had suffered dismissal for default only and that the present action in complying with the order of this Court is subject to the outcome of the proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The said submission is placed on record. This contempt petition is closed.
