ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Judicial 1/4

Magistrate, Karaikudi to conclude the committal proceedings in PRC No. 92/2022 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the second accused went to abroad without getting any appropriate permission from the committal Court. Hence warrant was issued and the same is pending.

3. There shall be a direction to the committal Court to split up the case against the second accused and the accused who are appearing regularly. Proceed with the committal and complete the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
