The petitioner herein is arrayed as accused in S.C.No.200 of 2012, on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi. He filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to set aside the order dated 19.11.2013 passed in Cr.M.P.No.3674 of 2013 in S.C.No.200 of 2012.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent represented that on 31.07.2014 itself, the case pertaining to this petition was disposed of, in which the petitioner is acquitted from all the charges.
