O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's complaint vide C.S.R.No.718 of 2023 on merits in accordance with law by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 17.07.2023 within a time bound framed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, finding that it is a civil issue, it was closed on 18.08.2023, advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous. Let copy of the above said closure report be circulated upon the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved. 2/4

4. With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
