The petitioner herein is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.498 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent police. He filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said FIR.

Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent represented that on 30.09.2016 itself, the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ pertaining to this petition was disposed of, in which the petitioner and other accused were acquitted from all the charges.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
