This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned District Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil to dispose the Crl.A.No.17/2020 preferred against CC No.54/2015 with in a time. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that, Crl.A.No.17 of 2020 is pending before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari, without any progress for the past three years.

3. Let the appeal be disposed of by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
