O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.06.2023 and complete the same within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that one Mayandi gave a complaint against this petitioner. So this petitioner appeared before the second respondent Police and gave a statement that on the basis of the complaint given by the said Mayandi, a case was registered against the petitioner and others. So, the petitioner does not want to pursue the complaint given by him against the said Mayandi.

3. In view of the above statement given by the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous.
