After submitting an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer seeking cancellation of the patta issued to respondents 4 and 5, by this writ petition, the petitioner seeks the early disposal thereof.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the appeal would be considered and disposed of on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents.

3. In view of the above submission, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this writ petition. Instead, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal within three months from the date of 2/4
