Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents. 2.The case on hand involves a dispute with the private respondents herein. The government authorities have not occupied the writ petitioner's patta land. The petitioner will have to move the jurisdictional Civil Court for relief. It is seen that the petitioner is a senior citizen. As per the rules framed under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, the jurisdictional police have been vested with 2/4

responsibility to take care of the interest of a senior citizen. It is open to the writ petitioner to seek remedy under the provisions of the said Act. 3.Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 16.10.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias To:
