ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The second petitioner executed the sale deed dated 14.07.2025 in favour of the first petitioner. It was presented for registration. Citing the bar under Section 22(A) of the Registration Act, registration was refused. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed.

3. The petitioner herein undertakes to amend the four boundary description given in the sale deed. The four boundary description shall not show any pathway as a boundary. The first petitioner gives a further undertaking that without regularizing the land in question and getting approval from the competent authority, no developmental activity or housing development will take place.

4. Recording the aforesaid twin undertaking, the petitioners are permitted to re-present the document in question with suitable amendment regarding the four boundary description. Such a document will be registered by the respondent and released subject to fulfilment of other usual formalities. 2/4

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
