Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2025, and consequently restrain the private respondents 5 to 7 from interfering with the Trust property comprised in Survey No.295/4A, 0.71 Ares (old S. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the third respondent. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2.Even a cursory perusal of the writ petitioner's affidavit would show that the petitioner has issues only with the private respondents. The petitioner has to necessarily file an injunction suit or any other 2/4

appropriate suit as against the private respondents. The official respondents cannot grant any relief to the writ petitioner and they cannot act on the writ petitioner's representation.

3.Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court for appropriate relief, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
