ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 448, 354 and 306 of IPC @ 1/3
294(b), 448 and 306 IPC r/w Sections 11(1) and 12 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.4 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between the parties, the accused persons have trespassed into the house of the de-facto complainant and abused the de-facto complainant and her minor daughter in filthy language and also the peti1tioner herein had lifted his lungi in front of the minor girl. Hence, the case.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that due to previous enmity between the parties, the accused persons have trespassed into the house of the de-facto complainant and abused the de-facto complainant and her minor daughter in filthy language and also the peti1tioner herein had lifted his lungi in front of the minor girl. She strongly oppose to grant anticipatory bail to the peti1tioner.

5.Considering the nature of allegations levelled as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
