This petition is filed to direct the respondent No.2 to file an application under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C for further investigation in C.C.No.24 of 2013 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, in Crime No.24 of 2012 on the file of the respondent No.2 to enable to include all the accused persons, who have involved in the occurrence in the petitioner's case.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the case against the accused ended in acquittal.
