After submitting an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer for cancellation of the patta issued to the private respondents herein, the petitioner seeks the early disposal of such appeal.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of 2/4

respondents 1 to 3. On instructions, he submits that the inquiry was last held on 19.08.2025. He also submits that the inquiry would be concluded and a speaking order would be issued on merits within three (3) months.

3. In view of the nature of relief claimed in this Writ Petition, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondents herein. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to conclude the inquiry and issue a speaking order on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein.
